Foods and activities that lower testosterone levels that should be avoided

In time after a certain age, our testosterone levels begin to decline, but this process can be slowed down drastically by avoiding specific activities and foods.

Foods that lower testosterone levels:

1. Sugar;
2. Processed foods with very low levels of nutrients;
3. Foods fried in oil;
4. Soya;
5. Alcohol.

Activities that adversely affects testosterone levels:

1. Smoking;
2. Stress;
3. Extreme fatigue – caused by daily activities, prolonged workouts and insufficient rest.
